Yarify provides DevOps services on AWS and Google Cloud: CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes, infrastructure as code with Terraform, monitoring and alerting, and cloud cost reviews. A defined setup, such as a pipeline or a Terraform rewrite, gets one fixed written quote. Ongoing operations run on a monthly engagement with 2 weeks' notice. Everything lives in your accounts and your repository, documented so your own team can run it.
What we find vs what we leave
What we usually find
- Deploys run from one person's laptop
- Servers changed by hand in the console
- Secrets in the repo or a chat thread
- Outages reported by customers first
- A cloud bill nobody can explain
What we leave behind
- Every merge tested and deployed by CI
- Infrastructure in Terraform, reviewed like code
- Secrets in a managed secret store
- Alerts before users notice
- Costs tagged by service, waste removed

-
Pipeline first
Automated tests and deploys, so every later change ships safely.
-
Infrastructure into code
Existing resources imported into Terraform, changes reviewed in pull requests.

Our default DevOps toolbox
We work with what you already run where it is sound. These are our defaults on a fresh setup.
| Area | Default choice |
|---|---|
| CI/CD | GitHub Actions or GitLab CI |
| Containers | Docker; Cloud Run, ECS or Kubernetes (GKE, EKS) when the workload needs it |
| Infrastructure as code | Terraform |
| Cloud | Google Cloud or AWS, in your own accounts |
| Secrets | GCP Secret Manager or AWS Secrets Manager, workload identity instead of long-lived keys |
| Observability | Cloud-native logging and metrics, uptime checks, error tracking |
Your cloud. Your keys. Your runbooks.
We work in your cloud accounts with access you grant and can revoke. Fixed-price setups have a written scope and one price. Monthly work ends with 2 weeks' notice. Everything we build is in your repository and documented.
Staff augmentation vs dedicated teamQuestions buyers ask us
What do DevOps services include?
Typically CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, infrastructure as code, monitoring and alerting, backups, access and secret management, and cloud cost reviews. The point is that code reaches production quickly and safely, and problems are visible before customers report them.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Often not. Many products run better and cheaper on managed containers like Cloud Run or ECS. Kubernetes earns its complexity with many services, custom scheduling or strict multi-tenant isolation. We recommend the simplest platform that fits, and say why.
Can you reduce our cloud bill?
Usually, yes. Common wins are idle and oversized resources, missing autoscaling, unneeded environments, storage and log retention, and commitment discounts. We start with a cost review that lists each saving with its effort, before changing anything.
Do you work with AWS and Google Cloud?
Yes, both. We work in your own accounts and organisation, with access you grant and can revoke. We don't resell cloud or hold your infrastructure in our name.
How much do DevOps services cost?
Defined setup work, such as a CI/CD pipeline or a Terraform baseline, gets a fixed quote after a free call. Ongoing operations bill monthly. Senior DevOps market rates in Central Europe are roughly in line with senior developers. See software developer rates.
Will our team be able to run it without you?
That's the goal. Infrastructure lives in Terraform in your repository, pipelines are readable, and each alert has a short runbook. We hand over with a walkthrough, so you can stop working with us with 2 weeks' notice and lose nothing.
