Your dev team. Zero hiring.

A dedicated development team of senior engineers. Monthly billing, 2 weeks’ notice.

A dedicated development team from Yarify is 2–4 senior engineers, led by our founder, working on your product as their main focus. They plan, build, test and deploy inside your repository and tools, and report to you, not to an account manager. Billing is monthly, you can cancel with 2 weeks’ notice, and you own 100% of the code and IP from day one.

Hiring takes months. We start building.

What you get every month

  • 2–4 senior engineers

    Led by our founder

  • Work in your repo

    Your tracker, your cloud

  • Shipped every sprint

    Demos, not status decks

  • Monthly billing

    Cancel with 2 weeks’ notice

  • 100% your IP

    From the first commit

When a dedicated team fits

  • Your product is live

The roadmap is longer than the time you have to recruit an engineering team.

  • No CTO yet

Our founder leads the team and makes the technical calls with you, in the open.

  • A product, not a project

An ongoing roadmap instead of a fixed scope. Priorities can change every sprint.

  • Hiring is too slow

You cannot wait months for recruiting and notice periods. You need shipped work this quarter.

Questions buyers ask us

How big is a dedicated development team from Yarify?

Usually 2–4 senior engineers, led by our founder. We keep it small on purpose: fewer handoffs, no juniors, direct communication. If your roadmap needs ten or more engineers at once, we say so on the first call.

How does billing work for a dedicated team?

Monthly, for the agreed team, with the plan and price in writing after a free call. Cancel or resize with two weeks’ notice. The fixed-price guarantee applies to MVP and rescue projects, not team engagements, because you steer the scope continuously.

Who owns the code a dedicated team writes?

You do, 100%, from day one. The team works in your repository, issue tracker and cloud account, so nothing needs transferring. If you end the engagement, we hand over documentation and credentials cleanly.

Can I talk directly to the developers?

Yes, that is the point. No account manager in between. You join sprint planning, comment on pull requests and message the engineers in Slack or Teams. We work CET hours, overlapping with EU business hours and US East Coast mornings.

Dedicated team or staff augmentation: which do I need?

If you have engineering leadership and need more hands inside your process, choose staff augmentation. If you need a group that owns a product end to end, including architecture and delivery, choose a dedicated team.

What if a team member is not a good fit?

Tell us. We discuss it openly and adjust responsibilities or the team where we can. If the engagement is not working, you end it with two weeks’ notice. We would rather lose a contract than keep you paying for the wrong setup.

Get a senior team, not a staffing agency.

Tell us about your product and roadmap. You get a written team plan and a monthly price. Two weeks’ notice to leave, always.
